Tips for a successful aupair-family relationship
By definition, au pair is a part of the family and should be treated so. Aupairs
are not housekeepers or maids, but young people who assist families with childcare.
Since au pairs come from different countries, the adjustment period might be harder
than expected. Neither parties should expect to get acquianted with each other right away.
Adjustment period could be a couple of weeks no matter how good of a match au pair and
the family are. |
