1. Register as a family for free
Registering at AupairConnect is free and simple. Click on this link to start registering as a family.

Enter all your details and upload a photo. Pictures are a very important part of your profile. Most au pairs like to see the families' photos to have a better idea of who your family is. If you upload your photo, your profile will be displayed on our home page for a limited time. Your profile will be seen by several au pairs and it won't cost you anything.

After your registration, you will receive an email with your login information. Keep this email to login to your AupairConnect account. If you login to your account often your profile will be displayed better in the search results.

2. Find the Aupairs
You should take the initiative to find for your perfect au pair. We provide you your perfect aupair matches right after you create your family profile. You will see the list of your matches on the left panel in your account when you are logged in to your account.

We offer the families several au pair search features. You can try our Quick AuPair Find to locate the au pairs of your prefered aupair natinality.

You can also search au pairs by language, country and nationality.

3. Notify the Aupairs
After locating the au pairs you like, you need to notify them of your interest. When you look in the profile pages, you will see Add to my Favorites buttons in all of them. This feature allows you to quickly notify the aupairs that you are interested in them. When you add an au pair to your Favorites, they will automatically receive an email about your interest and a link to your profile page.

4. Contact the Aupairs
If you want the ability to directly contact the au pairs, we recommend that you become a premium member. Premium membership gives you the power to directly contact the aupairs instead of waiting them to contact you. Visit this link for instructions on becoming a premium member.

5. Select an Au pair
Interview the aupairs you contact thoroughly. Be honest about your family and ask the au pairs any questions you may have before offering an aupair a job. Check the visa requirements, talk to the references if the au pair provides any references. Explain the aupair the duties and your expectations. Describe the au pair your town, activities, children's routines and responsibilities.
