How do I directly contact families or au pairs?

If you'd like to see the contact information of all the families or au pairs in our system, you must become a premium member.

Premium membership fee is only $29 USD. Premium members have access to all the families or au pairs you see in our system now and the ones who will sign up within the next 3 months.

You will see their email addresses, phone numbers and addresses. Some users provide their phone numbers and full addresses in their profile, some users do not. Most users contact each other via email first and then exchange telephone numbers. Membership will allow you to see all the family or au pair contacts when you login to your account for the next 3 months. Please keep in mind that you must be logged in to your account to see the contact information after you become a premium member.

To become a premium member:
  Login to your account with your email address and password we emailed you
  Click on "become a premium member" in your profile
  Fill out the secure credit card form
  Click on "Make a payment" button once
  Do not click on anything else until you see a confirmation page
  Your credit card will be processed and you will have instant access to the au pair or family contacts

If you don't have a credit card, we accept Western Union transfers. Please email us for the instructions. Click here to locate a Western Union office near you.

You can also send us a money order, check or cashier's check in the amount of $29 USD. It should be made out to Max Global, Inc. (our company name) and mailed to our address under Contact us.
Please email us with your Member ID number after sending the payment so we can activate your account timely.
