We bring you this service so that you can search and contact prospective au pairs and families looking for a match. We are not an au pair or employment agency. We do not get involved with any contracts or employment arrangements between the parties. We do not make any recommendations about the users of our site or accept responsibility of their conduct. We do not allow minors (people under the age of 18) use our site, register or become a member of our site. By registering at our site, you agree that you are at the age of 18 or older.

In most countries, you need to contact an authorized au pair agency to get the appropriate paperwork and visa to invite an au pair. Most au pair agencies will give you a discount for finding your own au pair. You will have the flexibility and efficiency of locating your prospective au pair or host family through our web site. You will be able to review and contact several candidates at the same time and make an educated decision. Searching our web site is free of charge, but you must be a registered member to obtain the contact information of others in the database.

USER CONDUCT

Information and images provided in each user's profile is the sole responsibility of that user. Each user agrees to the Terms of Service and Use by clicking on the submit button during the registration process. Any violation of these terms shall result in blocking your access to the site and cancellation of your registration or membership.

As a user or member of this site, you shall not:

• Upload or email any expressions or images that contain obscenity, vulgarity, pornography, child pornography, offensive, threatening, harassing, hateful, unlawful language, child abuse, minors engaged in sexual conduct or any material that may seem offensive to some parties.
• Upload or transmit content that you do not have right to under law or any content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret of any other party.
• Enter your contact information, email address, mailing address, phone number, fax number, chat name, ICQ number, personal website address or any other website address that may have your contact information in any part of the registration form except in the fields that particularly ask for that information.
• Upload or email anything that contains computer viruses and other harmful computer code that can be harmful to any computer system.
• Access and disrupt the web site, servers and user information in unauthorized manner.
• Share your password and username with anyone.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds. If you want to cancel your membership prior to its expiration date, there won't be any prorated refunds.

REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP

Registration and searching the database is free. You must become a paid member to obtain the contact information of all au pairs and families in the web site.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Aupairconnect.com and all services provided through it are provided on "as is" basis with no warranties. Max Global, Inc. makes no warranties on the accuracy, quality, validity, and suitability of any of the information provided in any au pair, family, or agency profile. Max Global, Inc. disclaims any warranties, express or implied, without limitation, for the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of this web site. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the aupairconnect.com will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the aupairconnect.com sites or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. If your use of this site or any third party site or the content therein results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, we are not responsible for those costs. Your communications on aupairconnect.com are your responsibility. The use of this site or any other third party site and any content therein is at your own risk.
